Position Overview

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 110‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility, offers full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The facility provides same‑day pay, competitive rates ($18‑$22 per hour all inclusive), and sign‑on bonuses ($3,000 for full‑time, $1,500 for part‑time).

• Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff.
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and changing linens.
• Provide health and supportive services to ensure resident needs are met.

• Current, unencumbered active CNA license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
