** Requirements:
*** NYS RN License
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent clinical skills
* Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
* Home Care (CHHA) experience required
