Rockland Wheels, a family‑owned powersports dealership located in Rockland, ON, offers top brands such as Honda, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Argo, Royal Enfield, Starcraft, Husqvarna, and Toro — and we’re expanding our marine service offerings!
THE ROLEWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience working with marine engines, outboard motors, and boat systems
, we want to hear from you!
- Perform maintenance and repairs on outboard motors (2‑stroke and 4‑stroke)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose engine, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Winterize marine units
- Perform PDI (pre‑delivery inspection) on new and pre‑owned boats
- Handle trailer service and wiring
- Assist with seasonal storage prep and launch
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Proven experience working on boats and marine engines
- Familiarity with brands like Yamaha, Mercury, Honda Marine, or similar
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Marine mechanic certification (asset, not mandatory)
