Job Description
We are seeking an individual with an eager, and compassionate attitude to join our non-profit healthcare clinic. This role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming first impression. Patience, professionalism, and empathy are essential when interacting with our clients.
Reliable transportation and dependability are required. Basic to intermediate computer skills are necessary; experience with the Athena Healthcare system is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer and triage incoming phone calls
Client triage and testing
Coordinate and schedule appointments
Collaborate with other medical offices
Coordinate client transportation
Scan and file documents
Perform basic data entry in the EHR system
Schedule & Requirements:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional weekend work may be required
Willingness to travel between clinic locations (Titusville & Rockledge)
