Business Systems Analyst II
The Business Systems Analyst II provides advanced support, configuration, and optimization of Business Applications Systems to ensure seamless clinical and business operations. The Business Systems Analyst II serves as a key liaison between end-users and Information Technology (IT), identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, resolve issues, and ensure efficient use of applications systems tools. The Business Systems Analyst II leads system testing, develops and delivers training sessions, and works cross-functionally with departments to implement enhancements and support upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or Business Administration, or relevant field. - Work Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in a Business and Systems Analysis support role or Information Technology. - Licensure:
None - Certification:
Intermediate level technical certification within one (1) year of start date and maintained. - Work Experience In Lieu of
Education:
High School Diploma and an additional two (2) years of experience in a Business and Systems Analysis support role or Information Technology. - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Preferred Qualifications
- Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or Business Administration, or relevant field. - Work Experience:
Four (4) years of experience in a Business and Systems Analysis support role or Information Technology. - Certification:
Relevant Healthcare Technology Certification(s):
Physical Requirements
- Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
- Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
- Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
- May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
- Workspace may vary from open to confined.
- May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
