Production Lead- 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision tubing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Rate: $26.00 hourly*
* ** Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday 11:00PM-Friday 7:00AM until finish)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Instruct and direct machine operators to troubleshoot, set-up, and resolve equipment and tooling issues.

+ Perform basic machine maintenance operations and ensure proper calibration.

+ Input and analyze production and packing data using computer systems to maintain workflow and report performance.

+ Oversee material movement, monitor machine adjustments, and approve first-piece inspections.

+ Coordinate with other shifts to ensure continuous production flow and meet scheduled shipment dates.

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support team members.

+ Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer data entry.

+ Knowledge of process standards and safety regulations.

+ Must pass criminal background screen and 10 panel drug test.
