Quality Inspector

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team in Rockledge. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Finish Department supporting quality assurance and product excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate: $15.50 hourly*
* ** Shift:
** Start times at 5AM or 7AM; end times at 1:30PM or 3:30PM, with some Saturdays required

** What's the Job?*
* + Examine materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

+ Support the organization's CARE values by promoting a culture of quality and safety

+ Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records

+ Identify, segregate, and handle non-conforming materials appropriately

+ Perform on-the-spot touch-ups and rework as needed to ensure product quality

** What's Needed?*
* + Proficiency in geometric tolerances and understanding of quality standards

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications

+ Ability to distinguish colors and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting over 50 lbs

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
