Family Support Worker
This position will be based at the Rockledge care center. The Family Support Worker position serves as a paraprofessional support to Dependency Care Managers, with primary focus on coordinating and supervising Family Time with families involved with the Dependency Child Welfare System of Care. Family Support Workers will be responsible for maintaining records, program referrals, accompanying/transporting children and parents to therapeutic services, other providers, and supervising Family Time.
The Family Support Worker will develop and maintain client records and program documentation based on first hand observations and assessments.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree or higher level of educational attainment preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in child welfare or human services
- Strong knowledge about dependency case management, supervised family time and child welfare system of care
