Patient Coordinator

Rockville Smiles is a fast-paced and busy dental office located in Rocklin, CA. We not only change your smile – we transform your life. We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented, and friendly Patient Coordinator to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, your cheerful demeanor and welcoming smile will set the tone for their visit. The ideal candidate must be fun, reliable, have superior communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic.

• This position is Full-Time 8 - 5
• Monday through Friday - No Saturdays

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role required
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
• Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
• A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!
• Must enjoy working with children
• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian  is preferred.

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
