Requirements / QualificationsAll applicants must complete an online application through Ed-Join and submit by the deadline date. Required documents must be attached to the Ed-Join application. If you have problems with Ed-Join, please contact the Ed-Join help desk. District employees must apply through Ed-Join using a password-protected, In-District Application. The password can be obtained from your site secretary or the Human Resources office.
Paraprofessional Requirements:
1. High School diploma or the equivalent, AND 2. Two years of college - 48 units, OR 3. A.A. degree or higher, OR 4. Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. If you meet the above requirements, please attach exam results or college transcript. Applicants who have not previously met these requirements are welcome to apply, but if selected for an interview, will be contacted by Human Resources prior to their interview to take a Paraprofessional test at the District Office.
Please attach ONE of the following if available:
- Copy of Transcript (OR Diploma: showing AA degree or higher, or 48 units)
- Test Results/Materials (If available: Para Test, NCLB Test, CBEST or CSET)
