Paraprofessional Position

Attach ONE of the following if available:
Paraprofessional Requirements:
1. High School diploma or the equivalent, AND 2. Two years of college - 48 units (attach evidence), OR 3. A.A. degree or higher - (attach evidence), OR 4. Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction. (If passed, attach CBEST, or evidence of passing a Paraprofessional Exam in compliance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).

Applicants who have not previously met these requirements are welcome to apply, but if selected for an interview, will be contacted by Human Resources prior to their interview to take a Paraprofessional test at the District Office. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of current and valid American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certificate, or certificate must be received within 30 calendar days of first day of employment.
