Overview
We are looking for a strong data analyst on our US Payroll Operations team. If you have great attention to detail, love working with internal employees, and are an expert with MS Excel, you may be a fit. This hybrid role is located in Rocklin, CA and requires full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
ResponsibilitiesServes as a liaison to employees and third‑party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing reflects company policies. Audits employee pay records, reconciles totals by cost center and location, participates in payroll system upgrades and implementations, works directly with employees to resolve payroll inquiries, ensures accurate capture of FLSA status, interprets pay policies (vacation, LOA, disability, workers’ compensation, regulatory obligations, withholding exemptions, etc.)
and applies correctly, maintains company compliance with federal and state payroll standards, remains current with changes in law, assists audits, prepares tax reports and related documentation, documents processes, trains other staff, and backs up specialized tasks or activities.
- At least 3+ years processing payroll for the US and Latin American countries, specifically Brazil.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to commute to the Rocklin, CA office two days per week.
- Strong Excel and data analytics experience, including formulas and pivot tables.
Hiring range: $24.62 – $48.03 per hour; $51,200 – $99,900 per year. Eligible for equity.
