Physical Therapist –

Bonus Potential! Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Incentives. This role involves providing rehabilitative services, aligning with Concentra Medical Centers' Injury Process Management and rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine, in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Responsibilities- Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services
- Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
- Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care
- Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Communicate effectively with own and other departments staff, medical staff and patients to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal patient care
- Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Inform Administrator of department problems, needs and solutions in a timely manner
- Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate recovery
- Educate patients in proper care and use of supports and exercise programs
- Perform or delegate patient treatment including modalities, therapeutic exercises, gait training and hydrotherapy
- Follow documentation and reporting procedures; secure prescriptions for treated patients
- Work closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive delivery of services
- Assist marketing staff with tours as necessary
- Take precautions to protect center assets and property
- Participate in professional development by attending meetings and outside seminars
- Communicate with the Outcome Assurance Injury Coordinator or Case Manager for each patient
- Provide progress updates and coordinate with the patient’s program and discharge timeline
- Participate in clinical instruction of university students and evaluation of rehabilitation quality management
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred
- Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred

- Must complete orientation and competency in required PT tasks

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $85,000 to $111,000 annual salary, depending on job-related factors such as experience, location, and seniority.
