• Define shared automation strategy across API, integration, workflow, and regression testing for SCMS domains.
• Build release-certification standards, defect triage patterns, and production-quality feedback loops.
• Lead test automation for pricing, payments, and integration-heavy flows where data correctness matters.
• Mentor engineers and testers on specification quality, reusable automation, and defect-prevention practices.

• 8+ years in quality engineering or software test automation, including leadership of shared QE functions.
• Strong experience with API validation, service orchestration, SQL-based verification, and CI / CD integration.
• Able to communicate quality risk clearly to engineering and business stakeholders.

• Author guardrails for AI-generated tests, data fixtures, and release checks.
• Use agentic systems to draft test scenarios, analyze failures, and flag unsafe automation output.
• Create measurable quality metrics that show where AI improves speed and where human review remains mandatory.
