Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What You Will Do- Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure all milestones are met
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Track and update shipment statuses in the Skypace platform, ensuring transparency for all parties
- Work with internal pricing, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly
- Monitor carrier schedules, transit times, and exceptions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- 2+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of carrier schedules, Incoterms, and international documentation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with TMS or digital freight platforms and familiar with EDI tracking tools
- Effective communication skills with customers, carriers, and team members
