Compensation & BenefitsMinimum starting rate of $20.75/hour, with regular increases reaching $26.02/hour. An additional shift premium of $0.75/hour applies for 2nd shift.

- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Crating – Protect products during transit by reading blueprints, cutting wood with a saw, and assembling crates using a pneumatic nail or staple gun.
- Assembler – Assemble flat sheet‑metal pieces into finished products using hand tools, power tools, floor cranes, and other equipment.
- Material Handler – Pack orders, operate forklifts, stock inventory, and perform other daily tasks; forklift training and certification is provided.
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8‑hour shift.
- Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to 8 hours.
- Climb a ladder and/or scaffolding frequently during an 8‑hour shift.
- Stand for up to an 8‑hour shift.
- Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers.
- Hear different types of sound/decibels/tone such as alarms, sirens, and/or mechanical equipment.
- See without visual impairments (depth, peripheral, color and acuity 20/40 or better).
