Assisted Living Coordinator – TEMP

As an Assisted Living Coordinator, you will oversee daily care operations in a senior living environment, ensuring resident-centered services and compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Your responsibilities include

• leading recruitment, hiring, and development of caregiving staff
• managing staffing, scheduling, and daily timekeeping
• supervising care team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations
• partnering with clinical teams for assessments, care planning, and addressing resident needs
• monitoring resident condition changes and communicating with families
• collaborating with Activities and Dining to enrich resident experience
• supporting department budgets, labor management, and operational efficiency

Qualifications include

• at least 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
• supervisory or team leadership experience
• strong staffing, scheduling, and management skills
• knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements
• excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, supporting overall operations.
