Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We’re thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! Builders Tradesman Insurance Services (BTIS) is a nationwide insurance wholesaler focused on servicing enterprises of all sizes with commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities- Cash accounting and reconciliation
- Administrative assistance and customer service
- Data entry of all payments coming in to BTIS daily and mailing of commission checks
- Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate department, and assist customers as needed
- Handle customer/vendor inquiries and maintain records
- Assist with improvement processes to create more job efficiency, following company procedures and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Office experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, dependable and follows through
- Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image
- Willingness to work non‑traditional shifts which meet the needs of the team and company
- Must type 40 words per minute

$19 – $24 per hour, depending on geography, experience, and skills.
