Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist in Rocklin, CA, to support the Service Department with unit inventory, PDI, and delivery orientation. You’ll assist customers with service or warranty needs for boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs/UTVs, and may help with the sale of parts and accessories.
The role requires a focus on world-class customer service, familiarity with the IDS system, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a retail, non-climate-controlled environment.
