RC Willey is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Display Decorator to enhance the visual appeal of our store. In this hands‑on role, you’ll design and set up eye‑catching displays to showcase our products while ensuring they align with brand standards. We’re looking for a creative individual who is passionate about design, organization, and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of presentation and service.

• Decorating our showroom vignettes
• Responsible for uncrating incoming merchandise
• Building furniture and displays throughout the store
• Preparing and tagging items for floor display
• Sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning‑up work areas
• All other duties as assigned

• Experience in decorating, continuing education or training in the principles of design preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to work in heights up to 40 feet
• Able to work as a team and independently to meet goals
• Must be at least 18 years or older
