Retail Sales Representative Lead

Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Representative Lead to drive sales of high-speed internet, TV, and phone services while leading a small retail team. In this on-site role, you will model consultative selling, coach representatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our customer-first culture. You'll manage daily store operations, track performance metrics, and execute merchandising standards. Working with cutting-edge broadband and WiFi solutions, you'll help customers find the right packages and support local sales growth in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales of Astound's internet, TV, and phone services to residential and small business customers
• Lead, coach, and mentor retail sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Deliver a consultative sales experience, identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate packages
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS accuracy
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales results, and customer feedback
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure accurate, appealing product and promotional displays
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with field and marketing teams on local promotions and community events
• Stay current on Astound's products, pricing, and competitive landscape
• Support training of new team members on sales processes, systems, and product knowledge
