Sales Development Representative

Astound is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth in our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. In this role, you'll research and prospect residential and business customers, execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and qualify leads for our sales team. You'll uncover customer needs, explain Astound's broadband and media solutions, and schedule quality appointments. Working in a collaborative, customer-first culture, you'll use CRM tools, meet activity and pipeline goals, and help drive expansion of our advanced fiber and WiFi offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research residential and business targets in Astound's service areas
• Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and uncover customer connectivity needs
• Explain Astound's internet, TV, and phone solutions and value propositions
• Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the sales team
• Accurately capture activities, contacts, and pipeline data in the CRMCollaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and opportunity goals
• Stay current on Astound's products, promotions, and competitive landscape
• Contribute feedback to improve customer experience and sales processes
