Retail Sales Representative

Astound seeks Retail Sales Representatives to promote our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services to residential customers in a dynamic, customer-first environment. You'll greet and engage walk-in customers, identify needs, present tailored telecom and WiFi solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, processing orders and payments, handling basic billing questions, and supporting local community and in-store events.

You'll collaborate closely with your team, stay current on promotions and technologies, and represent Astound's commitment to reliable broadband and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, build rapport, and understand service needs
• Explain Astound's internet, TV, and phone products, pricing, and promos clearly
• Recommend and bundle solutions that match customer usage, budget, and home setup
• Process new orders, upgrades, and changes accurately using POS/CRM systems
• Handle payments and basic billing or account questions with professionalism
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance metrics
• Stay current on telecom technologies, Wi
• Fi solutions, and competitor offerings
• Support local marketing or community events to drive brand awareness and traffic
• Resolve basic service concerns and seamlessly hand off complex issues to support
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to improve store performance and customer experience
