Puro Clean of Rocklin is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician who is ready to take on a leadership role in helping people recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and biohazards. • Lead and perform restoration projects in water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard clean‑up
• Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers, insurance representatives, and the Puro Clean office
• Ensure all work follows Puro Clean's standards, safety guidelines, and IICRC best practices
• Apply a detail‑oriented approach to documentation, job site organization, and equipment maintenance
• Keep job sites, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized, and in top working condition
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for emergency responses

• IICRC Certifications (WRT required, FSRT/ASD preferred) or the ability to obtain them
• Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred
• A strong sense of integrity

• Solid work ethic, reliability, and a positive "can‑do" attitude
• Detail‑oriented with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear respirator equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
