Position
Residential Installer – Customer Premises
Responsibilities- Perform residential installs and disconnects of data, video, and phone services on customer premises according to organizational standards and specifications.
- Ensure correct RF and signal levels are recorded and meet specifications before completion, reducing repeat calls and truck rolls due to errors.
- Maintain appropriate levels of communication with leadership and dispatch to sustain a highly productive route while meeting performance metrics, safety, and time‑management goals.
- Provide customer education on products and services, highlighting new and existing offerings and potential upsell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
- Operate the company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry‑level, no prior experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Knowledge of hand or power tools.
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Aptitude for learning new skills.
- Problem‑solving, time‑management, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Work in both climate‑controlled and non‑climate‑controlled environments; exposure to heat, cold, dust, damp conditions, uneven surfaces, heights, and moving vehicles.
- Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and driving.
- Securely climb and work from ladders for extended periods, reach, push, pull, climb stairs and ladders, and use hands above and below shoulder level.
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and maintaining various body positions while performing fine motor tasks and forceful gripping; limited keyboarding.

Base salary range in CA: $20.00 – $30.87 per hour, depending on experience level.
- BBT I: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour.
- BBT II: $21.00 – $29.40 per hour.
- BBT III: $22.05 – $30.87 per hour.
Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, benefits, and commission.
