ROLE SUMMARYThe Commercial Project Manager oversees multiple HVAC projects at once — directing and training installers on correct procedures, efficiency, and time management across commercial buildings and custom homes. Every installation goes into current code and Brower's exceptional quality standards.
This isn't a desk-only PM role. When a job needs it to stay on schedule or hit quality standards, you go “bags on” and work alongside the crew.
