Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (PT or FT)

Job Description

Make a lasting impact in patients' lives and join our collaborative work environment as a Family Nurse Practitioner. We are looking for Part‑Time or Full‑Time Family Nurse Practitioners to provide a wide scope of family medicine to underserved communities.

Annual salary ranges from $135,500 to $161,300
. A sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible new hires.

Job Duties
  • Provide excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting.
  • Be part of a forward‑thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years outpatient experience.
  • Board certified.
  • Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN (if not already approved).
  • Active CA  driver’s license.
