PriMA Engineering Lead (Pricing, Management, Applications) |

Own Pricing Management Applications / Services and make pricing architecture, releases, and cross-domain alignment resilient and employee-led.

• Lead PriMA platform strategy across pricing rules, service interfaces, publication flows, and downstream consumers.
• Ensure pricing changes are accurate, explainable, observable, and operationally supportable.
• Partner with Merch, PCS, and adjacent engineering teams on demand planning, data quality, and release readiness.
• Drive technical direction, staffing transitions, and domain documentation so the team is not dependent on single contractors.

• 10+ years in software engineering with strong service-platform and data-flow design experience.
• Comfort owning rule-driven systems, APIs, integration-heavy domains, and stakeholder-heavy releases.
• Strong communication with business, architecture, and operations partners.

• Adopt AI-assisted scenario analysis for pricing rule changes and release impact reviews.
• Automate documentation, dependency mapping, and regression risk identification for PriMA changes.
• Use agentic copilots to accelerate backlog refinement and test coverage without losing pricing control integrity.
