The Rockport Public School District serves approximately 650 PreK-12th grade students on a two-building campus located in the picturesque coastal community of Rockport, MA which is 40 miles northeast of Boston at the tip of Cape Ann. The Rockport Public Schools is seeking a highly-skilled, dynamic middle high school Spanish teacher who possesses superior content knowledge, effective pedagogical skills, excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for learning, and the desire to maximize the learning potential of all students. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching comprehensive standards and skills-based Spanish education to advance students’ general understandings and proficiency levels as they move through the program.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the desire and ability to collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusionary culture that allows each member of our learning community to feel a sense of belonging that is grounded in social emotional safety, impactful relationships, and personalized growth.

  - Required World Language, Spanish 5-12 Bachelor’s degree or higher
