Town of Rockport is seeking a skilled Mechanic Specialist within the Fleet Services Division to service, repair and maintain equipment and vehicles for multiple town departments. The role requires diagnosing and repairing engines, hydraulics, electrical and brake systems as well as performing tune-ups and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, automotive repair training, and several licenses (CDL Class A with airbrakes and tanker, hoisting licenses).
