Client Service Representative (Front Desk)
Bay Breeze Animal Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team. The role serves as the first and last point of contact with clients and their pets, greeting visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role you will schedule and manage appointment flow, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about our services. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast‑paced customer service, who are friendly, outgoing, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a team‑focused environment.
Position type:
Full or Part‑Time; weekdays only. No weekends.
- Compensation: $14–$17 per hour, for each hour worked

- Previous veterinary experience is highly preferred:
