Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions are available at Hillcrest and Hermitage Care & Rehab.

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid in 26 installments.
• $8/hour night shift differential.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current and active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects at a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
