Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser – Join our team and represent world-famous snack brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more through in-store merchandising, shelf stocking, and display creation.

• Represent Mondelēz to store employees and collaborate with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of our displays.
• Ensure Nabisco‑leading brands are well stocked, maintained, and displayed following company guidelines.
• Monitor adherence to negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient store service.
• Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid state driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to stores; mileage reimbursed.
• Proficiency in downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑mile radius of the primary location (Portland, TX). Secondary location:
  Rockport, TX.
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday; start at 5 a.m.; 15‑24 hours per week.

Hourly rate $13.50 to $16.00 based on experience.
