The Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SONHS) at Molloy College seeks a full- time, doctorally-prepared nursing faculty member with a deep clinical background as an Advanced Practice Nurse, enthusiasm for teaching, and experience coordinating clinical placements for advanced practice and other graduate nursing students. The role will involve didactic and clinical teaching, curriculum development, advisement, as well as strategic management of clinical site relationships for master's, post-master's, and DNP students, to ensure high quality, student-centered clinical experiences.
In addition, the candidate may have opportunities to participate in undergraduate as well as interprofessional education. The ideal candidate will be committed to effective and caring student advisement, have a record of scholarly activities contributing to the growth of the profession, and will be committed to engage in service to the nursing program, school, university, and community, in alignment with the mission of the university.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
* Eligible for unrestricted licensure as an RN and Nurse Practitioner in New York State
* Nationally Certified; dual certification - strongly preferred
* Doctoral degree
* 5 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner/APRN
* Experience with clinical placements and preceptors in graduate nursing education--preferred
Salary Information:
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. Candidates whose experience and qualifications align with the rank of Associate Professor may also be considered; compensation will be determined accordingly. This hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
