The Grand Pavillion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is looking for a talented and hard-working RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor to join their Supervising team on the 3/11 shift. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of its state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 + short-term beds. The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center's Professional team consists of 30+ professionals spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings and would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth.

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center provides Rehabilitation services seven days a week.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible to the Director of Nursing for the coordination and quality of care and services to residents in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and regulations. Initiate admissions assessments on new Residents/hospital returns. Review PRI's & coordinate components of the admission process with the interdisciplinary team She/He is a member of the Nursing Management team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in Acute Care/ Long Term Care Nursing
• Clinically knowledgeable and capable of making appropriate care and service decisions.
• Leadership qualities and administrative competency or demonstrates the potential for this.
• Reliable for attendance and punctuality.
• Strong organizational and communications skills with all levels of staff and disciplines within the organization
• Flexibility for schedule and duties within the department and adaptable to changing situations.
• Must be computer literate.

Hours: Full time 3-11
