Tri Source is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its Tax & Treasury team in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on complex federal and multi-state tax compliance for a real estate portfolio, including partnerships, trusts, and property taxes.
Ideal candidates will have strong partnership taxation experience in commercial real estate, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Yardi or similar real estate software experience is a plus.
