A well established privately owned organization is looking for an accounting manager to help lead the monthly close process and financial statement integrity for a growing, multi entity business. This is a highly visible role with real ownership over reporting and budgeting, plus the chance to help modernize processes as the organization scales.
What You'll Do- Own the monthly close process and the preparation of accurate financial statements
- Consolidate financials and prepare executive reporting packages
- Drive the annual budgeting process and partner with department leadership on variance analysis
- Manage and develop a small team
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally including public accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and hands on Excel skills
- A proactive, curious mindset and comfort operating in a fast evolving environment
