We have a casual and fun environment and opportunity for advancement! The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to Executives and the Sr. Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
  • Provides administrative support for the Executive in a variety of tasks under the direction of the Sr. Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day-today engagements
  • Answer, assist and triage incoming phone calls and emails through a shared email box
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the Executive’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing PowerPoint presentations; composing and preparing correspondence and making travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and handle all logistics of meetings and events: to include but not limited scheduling meetings; compile meeting and presentation materials and coordinating & assisting with catering set up & clean up
  • Provide event/meeting support and hospitality to all guests
  • Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally
  • Handle notifications to leadership, chapters, and employers where appropriate
  • Periodically, provide safe and timely transport of external and internal guests traveling to and from various local airports
  • Learning all essential functions of the Sr. Executive Assistant and backup
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience working in a similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills, must be proficient with Power Point, Outlook, One Note
  • Strong verbal and written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently; ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex issues while maintaining a flexible, positive, and cooperative demeanor
  • Responds in a timely manner to operations leaders and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • This position requires a clean driving record

$75K + Great Benefits

Full-Time, Onsite, M-F
