About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support, with a strong focus on assisting with coordination of board meetings, executive travel, and events
. This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and communicates effectively across all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of board meetings (scheduling, materials, logistics, minutes, etc.)
  • Manage executive calendars and meeting requests
  • Coordinate domestic travel
    , including airfare, accommodations, itineraries, and expense documentation
  • Assist with planning and executing events
    , including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting executives, boards, and/or event functions
  • Experience coordinating executive travel and event logistics
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Rockville
