Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a first point of contact by answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Receive, open, sort, scan, and index incoming mail and electronic correspondence
  • File and organize physical and digital documents accurately and timely
  • Process outgoing mail and general office correspondence
  • Support administrative workflows to ensure documents move through internal processes correctly
  • Update records and information as needed
  • Greet visitors and assist with incoming deliveries
  • Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and supporting facility needs
  • Support special projects and provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role
  • High school diploma required; some college coursework or degree preferred
  • Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Dependable with strong attendance and time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional demeanor and customer‑service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, flexible attitude with strong problem‑solving skills

Fulltime, Onsite

$24-25/hr
