Overview

The Pohanka Automotive Group of Capitol Heights, MD is looking to add full-time Automotive Sales Consultants to our team! We are conveniently located off the Beltway at Exit 13, in the Ritchie Station Marketplace. Individuals with prior experience working in retail, restaurants, and hospitality are encouraged to apply. However, no experience is necessary as we believe the right candidate can always be trained.

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their budget, lifestyle and other needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles offered at any of our 3 stores
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
