Our client, a law firm in Montgomery County, MD with offices throughout the DMV area is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their business development team. This role will be in office for first 90 days then will have flexibility.
Responsibilities- Plan, prioritize, and execute firmwide and practice group business development initiatives
- Manage COI nurturing and ongoing relationship management
- Support Chief Business Development Officer with firm initiatives
- Five years of successful business development experience
- Experience working for a law firm
- Knowledge of legal industry practices
- Proficient in using a CRM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
