Superintendent, Construction

CDCI, Inc., established in 1985, is a professional design-build construction firm serving Government and Commercial agencies in the National Capital Region. CDCI is a full-service design/build company with in-house architects, engineers, construction managers, and trades crafts staff. The company offers services in Architecture, Interior Design & Space Planning, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Engineering. CDCI has extensive experience working with government entities like Montgomery County Government, Montgomery College, Arlington County Government, and Prince George's County Public Schools.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at CDCI, Inc. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site in Rockville, MD.

• Experience in commercial construction, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience in government contracting and working with diverse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and construction tools
• OSHA Certification is a plus

• Salary ranging from $80,000 - $140,000 based on experience.
