Job Details

10+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction environments

Strong field leadership and jobsite management capabilities

Proven experience managing site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety programs, and schedule execution

Demonstrated success delivering construction projects from start through completion

Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components

Strong decision-making, research, and analytical problem-solving abilities

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)

Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools

Experience mentoring or training staff on technical processes, field execution, and quality standards

Working knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED-related concepts preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
