Salary: $134,000 - $180,000 per year.

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction environments
• Strong field leadership and jobsite management capabilities
• Proven experience managing site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety programs, and schedule execution
• Demonstrated success delivering construction projects from start through completion
• Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components
• Strong decision-making, research, and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools
• Experience mentoring or training staff on technical processes, field execution, and quality standards
• Working knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED-related concepts preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
