• Get Things Done: Help drive residential remodeling and construction projects forward alongside our Project Managers.
• Heavy Lifting: Safely move, load, and unload the materials and tools that keep the job moving.
• Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a tidy, professional, and hazard-free job site.
• All Hands on Deck: Jump in on dynamic tasks and problem-solve on the fly as duties arise.

• Construction
  
  Experience:
  
  You’ve got residential remodeling or construction experience under your belt and know how a job site runs.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, reliable ride, and a rock-solid attendance record.
• Grit & Problem-Solving: A strong work ethic and the brains to troubleshoot challenges on the spot.
• Physical Toughness: Able to handle heavy lifting and work comfortably through sun, rain, hot, or cold.
• Great Communication: Clear, effective communication skills and a positive team-first mindset.
• Background Check / Drug Test: Willingness to complete standard background screening and/or drug testing.
