The Build Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for structural concrete projects in Maryland. You will support Project Managers and Superintendents, coordinate scheduling, RFIs, shop drawings, and cost control, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion.
Ideal candidates bring a 2-year PM background in commercial or multi-family construction, 2 years of structural concrete experience, and proficiency with Procore, Plan Grid, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
