- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience managing interiors, renovations, or tenant fit-out projects
- Ability to manage day-to-day field operations from start through closeout
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Experience working in occupied or operational environments
- Ability to develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookaheads
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and enforcement on active job sites
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with quality control and punch list management
- Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve field issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Willingness to be onsite full-time and actively lead field operations
