Superintendent - General Contractor

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience managing interiors, renovations, or tenant fit-out projects
• Ability to manage day-to-day field operations from start through closeout
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Experience working in occupied or operational environments
• Ability to develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookaheads
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and enforcement on active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with quality control and punch list management
• Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Willingness to be onsite full-time and actively lead field operations
