The MEP Manager assures that Grunley Construction subcontractors provide the highest quality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction services in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
- Required Skills
- Experience with construction project management software (Procore and P6)
- General understanding of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction of project
- Required Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction. Experience dealing with MEP subcontractors.
Prior history managing staff.
