Project Manager Job Description
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Commercial construction Project Management experience
- Ground-up and renovation construction experience
- K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, or commercial project experience
- Construction management or general contracting experience
Preconstruction and project planning experience - Project scheduling and schedule management
- Budgeting and cost control
- Subcontractor procurement and buyout
- Contract and change order management
- RFI and submittal management
- Owner and architect coordination
- Subcontractor and field team coordination
- Quality control and safety oversight
- Project documentation and reporting
- Project closeout experience
- Construction drawings and specifications proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Construction management software proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders

The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout while serving as a primary point of contact between the owner, design team, field staff, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
